About FSS
Digital Albums
FSS releases are sold as digital files via our Bandcamp site. You can buy individual tracks or albums in the format of your choice.
FSS downloads are encoded at the highest possible bitrate for the best sound quality available. There are no DRM restrictions on our digital albums, you can transfer them from device to device or burn them to CD. All vinyl releases come with coupons so LP buyers can download albums if they want a digital copy. FSS is now selling high quality mp3 downloads with the aid of the good people at diystro. Some codes, generated under the earlier system, will not work anymore. If for some reason you can't download the album you've purchased please e-mail us and a new download code will be e-mailed to you. If you prefer wav files to mp3s, get in touch and we'll make arrangements to get them to you when you buy the mp3 version of an album
Vinyl
FSS is releasing select titles on vinyl and others as singles. FSS record albums are issued in limited editions of 500 each. LPs come with special packaging and on heavyweight 180 gram vinyl. Singles will come in special packaging with exclusive vinyl-only tracks and with coupons for downloads of extra music. When you buy an FSS record you will also be able to download a digital copy for yourself. FSS is also committed to releasing specially formatted material such as The Black Box, or the Phase set of screen prints, complete with Digital Albums. All FSS releases are available as stand-alone Digital Albums for the low, low price of $5 each.
Subscriptions
A subscription is a way to save a bit of money, reserve albums before they are released to the general public and enjoy the benefits of membership including exclusive, unreleased music via download and a series of bonus items FSS will specially commission. Each subscription is for one year. You can subscribe at either the vinyl plus download or download-only levels.
Special items like The Black Box sound box or Phase print set are included in the vinyl subscription only. In either case, subscribers will receive albums before release date. You'll be able to rest easy knowing that FSS releases and other surprises will be headed your way for an entire year.
Treats
Treats are special rewards for FSS customers and subscribers. Unreleased music will be made available from time to time. Some treats will be suitable for framing, others will be emblems to be proudly displayed. In every instance, treats will be specially commissioned items that complement and enhance the music and surprise and delight you when you least expect it.
Payment
FSS processes web orders through Paypal. Your credit card information is processed on a separate server by Paypal. If you wish to order via mail, you can send a check or money order (in U.S. dollars only) made out to Flingco LLC to

If you send a personal check we will hold your order until the check clears our bank. You can send cash at your own risk.
Shipping
Mailing costs for customers are included in the listed price. LPs are sent via media mail in the USA and airmail to the rest of the world. The price of a subscription includes mailing costs. We can send packages via UPS or Fedex at an added cost, e-mail for details. We securely pack LPs before we mail them. The overwhelming majority of packages arrive at their destination safely. We're not responsible for damage that occurs en route to you. FSS is not responsible for duties or customs charges imposed on airmail packages. If you should receive the wrong LP or if an LP has manufacturers' defects like skips, etc, please send an e-mail and we will make arrangements to exchange your defective LP for a new one.
